TracHQ
On the roadmapThe follow-up calls, written down.
The fax going out is the easy part. TracHQ is the worklist for everything after: which orders are still out, who called the office, what they said, and when to try again. Call notes sit on the same order as the fax that started it. Not built yet.
| Patient | Open | Orders | Calls |
|---|---|---|---|
| ALVAREZ, R. | 3 | 5 | 2 |
| BOYD, M. | 1 | 4 | 4 |
| NGUYEN, T. | 2 | 3 | 1 |
| OKAFOR, C. | None | 4 | 3 |
A drawing of the board TracHQ is being built around, not a screenshot. It has not been started.
What TracHQ will do
A call list built from what is overdue
TracHQ takes the orders still waiting on a signature and turns them into calls to make, so nobody rebuilds the list by hand every morning.
Write down what they said
Log the outcome of each call: signed and on the way, resend the fax, call back Thursday. Whoever picks it up next reads the whole thread.
It remembers the callback
Set a day to try again and the call comes back to the top of the list when it is due, instead of slipping off a sticky note.
One history with the fax
Call notes live on the same order as the fax that started it, so the full story is in one place.
Runs on your CareHQ login
Staff who already have a CareHQ login open TracHQ from the same place. Nothing new to set up, nothing extra to pay separately.
TracHQ is planned
Tell us you want it and it moves up the list.
