For home health agencies
The faxes, licenses, and follow-up calls, on one login.
Agencies run on faxes, signatures, expiring licenses, and follow-up calls, usually spread across a stack of logins and a few spreadsheets. CareHQ puts that work on one account. One bill, one login for your whole team, and your own branding on every screen.
Built to hold PHI. Encrypted at rest, on BAA-covered vendors.

What CareHQ owns
One account underneath all of it
Your login, your bill, and your branding live in CareHQ. Each product is one more tool on the same account, not another vendor to set up and pay on its own.
One login for the whole team
Each person on staff gets a single CareHQ login that opens every product they are cleared to use. Add someone once, set what they can touch, and you are done.
One bill, not five
Your agency has one billing relationship with CareHQ. Turn a product on and it joins the same bill, so there is one card on file and one invoice to reconcile.
Your name on every screen
Add your logo and color once and every product your team opens wears it. To your staff it looks like one system you built, not a drawer of vendor logins.
The suite
Three tools that share an account
Turn on the ones you need. Each does one job and keeps its own name, but they all sign in, bill, and report through the same CareHQ workspace.
FaxHQ
Know which faxed orders came back.
Most agencies track faxed orders on a whiteboard or a color-coded spreadsheet: out, waiting, signed, lost. FaxHQ is that board, in one place your whole office shares. You fax a physician order from FaxHQ, and the order stays on the open list until it comes back signed, so you always know what is still out and who to chase.

Catch a license before it lapses.
Every caregiver's license, certification, and training expires on its own clock, and missing one can stop a visit or cost you at survey. CredentialHQ keeps those documents in one record per person and warns you before anything runs out, so you renew on a calendar instead of scrambling the day it lapses.

The follow-up calls, written down.
Faxing the order is half the job. The other half is calling the office when it does not come back, then remembering to call again next week. TracHQ turns that into a worklist: which orders are still out, who has been called, what they said, and when to try again. It sits on the orders in FaxHQ, so the call and the fax share one history. On the roadmap as the call layer of the suite.

How setup works
01
Set up your workspace
Create one CareHQ account for your agency and add your team. Each person gets a role that decides what they can see.
02
Switch on the tools you need
Turn on FaxHQ, CredentialHQ, or TracHQ. Your team, your bill, and your branding carry across whatever you enable.
03
Everyone signs in once
Your staff open every tool from the same place with one login. No second password, no separate invoice to chase down.
Compliance
What keeps patient data safe
A Google Workspace business associate agreement covers the storage and services that touch PHI. The protections live in the code and the database, not just on this page.
Encrypted at rest
PHI is encrypted with per-record keys. It never sits in a plain text field, a file name, or a link.
Only on covered vendors
The storage and services that can see PHI are under a signed business associate agreement. We do not add one that is not.
Locked down by role
Who can see what is enforced in the code and the database, not just hidden on the screen. A contracted follow-up role never sees order contents.
Every access logged
Reads and changes to PHI are written to an audit trail, so there is a record of who looked and who edited.
