Terms of Service
These terms govern use of CareHQ and its products. This page is a working draft and will be replaced with reviewed terms before general availability.
Using CareHQ
CareHQ provides account, billing, and access services for a family of healthcare back-office products. Access is granted to your organization's workspace and to the people you authorize.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for the people you grant access, and for using the platform in line with the laws and regulations that apply to your organization.
Protected health information
Where you process protected health information through CareHQ, a business associate agreement governs that processing. The platform encrypts PHI at rest and limits which vendors can touch it to those under a signed agreement.
Billing
Your workspace has one billing relationship with CareHQ. You are billed for the products your workspace turns on. Specific plan and payment terms are provided during onboarding.
Changes
We may update these terms as the platform develops. Material changes will be communicated to workspace owners.
