FaxHQ
In buildKnow which faxed orders came back.
Most agencies track faxed orders on a whiteboard or a color-coded spreadsheet: out, waiting, signed, lost. FaxHQ is that board, in one place your whole office shares. You fax a physician order from FaxHQ, and the order stays on the open list until it comes back signed, so you always know what is still out and who to chase.
A drawing of the board FaxHQ is being built around, not a screenshot. It is being built now.
What FaxHQ will do
One status board the office shares
Every order shows where it stands. Sent orders turn gold, returned ones turn green, and anything still waiting on a signature stays white with the document type in red.
Send it, then it's on the chase list
Fax or email an order to the physician from FaxHQ. It records when it went out and keeps the order on the open list until someone marks it back, so nothing sits forgotten in an outbox.
The overdue ones, in one place
Filter the board to orders that went out more than seven days ago and have not come back. That is the call list for the morning.
It fills in the filing for you
Drop in a signed order and FaxHQ reads the patient name, builds the file name in your office's format, and picks the 60-day episode it falls in. You check the three fields and save.
Bundle a doctor's orders into one fax
Pick several orders for the same physician and send them together with a cover page. FaxHQ will not let you mix two doctors on one fax.
A signed copy closes it out
Mark an order received and attach the signed PDF, or let the physician sign in their portal. Either way it drops off the chase list.
Runs on your CareHQ login
Staff who already have a CareHQ login open FaxHQ from the same place. Nothing new to set up, nothing extra to pay separately.
